
Refund Policy

At Affordable Lab & Testing Solutions, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every service. However, due to the nature of laboratory and testing services, certain limitations apply.
1. Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds

Refunds are not available once a specimen has been collected or testing has begun.

If a service is canceled due to an error on our part or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., equipment failure), a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for an appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with the latest revision date.
